Please contact us if you are from Alaska or Hawaii to get shipping charges. We are working to get those set up and hope to have it working in a week.

Services We Provide
We try to accommodate custom orders for platform beds and we make
minor adjustments to our regular platform beds at little or no cost.  When ordering just send a note and if we can make the adjustment at no charge we will make it or contact you.

You choose the color of stain or paint. We do the work. We are willing to
try to match any already existing piece of furniture. We can usually get
pretty close. We offer all sizes, king, queen, full, twin and Full and twin
extra long.

We stand behind our Platform beds  and give a five year warranty but in 14 years we have not had a bed brake.  

We ship within the USA and  Alaska.We will ship to Canada but buyer pays their tax and handling charges. We can help in calculating those. We do allow pickups. Pickups may result in tax being charged. You are welcome to contact us. 864-438-4924

QUOTES: When we give a quote it is good for 3 months. As our lumber
prices change sometimes we have to make changes.


CUSTOM ORDERING:  We welcome your email's to get quotes and let us know
what you are interested in. We give an estimated shipping date and a Final latest shipping date which is to protect you as the customer. If we do not complete the order by the latest date then we will do a full refund of the deposit to the customer, if they request. The dates are on the invoice. We ask that you initial the invoice and return it before we start the work.

SHIPPING TIME: For most of our Simplicity line and elevated beds the turnover is quite fast. Usually less than 2 weeks. On our custom orders you must ask and we can give an estimate based on the number of orders we have at the time.

Payment for Custom Orders:
Finnwood Designs.com will charge 50% upon placing the custom  order if we think it will be more than 2 weeks’ time to finish the order. The other 50% will be charged about 10 to 14 business days before shipping.  Finnwood Designs also accepts money orders and personal checks.You can call to order:

Final shipping or delivery

Once a custom order  is done and  ready to go, if we do not receive full payment we will wait a maximum of 60 days and the order will then be considered cancelled with no refund of deposit due to our expenses of purchasing lumber and labor time incurred.

We accept all credit cards as well as Debit cards and PayPal.

SHIPPING TIME: Please read:
The normal completion date before shipping runs around 3-6 weeks for more custom.  All beds are individually hand-crafted, call for lead times.

However our elevated and loft beds go much faster and the lead time is 2-3 weeks, often sooner.

We will do everything we can do to try and get your order in timely manner, however, we will not rush the build and finish process, we want your furniture to be built with the highest possible craftsmanship available.

We do not sell your info and it is kept private.  However our store uses Pinterest Tags to track our customers' behavior.

Cancellations and Returns

We realize that in all relationships from time to time there are problems. So it is in business also. We are a small family operated business and hope that you keep this in mind, that once ordered, we purchase the lumber to make your products and cut it right away to the dimension for your bed.

 We do not do a cancellations although we will work to meet the customers expectations. We will cancel an order and do a full refund only if we have not met the latest completion deadline after all details have been agreed upon.

Returns : Due to Damage in shipping for exchange ONLY must be within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returns must be in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

SHIPPING DAMAGE: It is extremely important to inspect any  damage that is evident. Holes, dents, tears, etc., should be noted on the box and noted on paper if driver is present when delivered. The box needs to be saved and pictures taken of any damage.

We need to be notified immediately in order to place a claim in your behalf. Time lapses make it extremely difficult to make a claim. Either email us or call. Notification should be within 7 days of receipt. This holds also for mistakes in delivery( wrong product ).

 

RETURNING DAMAGED ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE: You must request and use our shipping label to return merchandise.
